High on the slopes of Parnassos, where the mountain turns to face the Corinthian Gulf, 5 Raches is a small guesthouse built on a simple idea: good company, an open horizon, and the flavours of the land it stands on. Below, Arachova spills amphitheatrically down the hillside; beyond it the sea appears between the peaks of Sterea and the Peloponnese, and the whole landscape changes colour with every season. The spaces are warm and few, made of natural materials, with an outdoor pool and jacuzzi for the hours in between. Each day brings a different dish from the kitchen, private dining on request, and olives, vines and lathouri from our own small farms in the region. Mountain hospitality, offered exactly as we would wish to receive it.
